Cancellation Policy
At Shri Hit Radha, we work hard to process and dispatch every order quickly so that you can receive your spiritual products without delay. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, our Refund & Return Policy will apply.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order:

Provide your order number, registered email/phone number, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1–2 working days of cancellation approval.

For COD orders, since no advance payment is made, no refund is applicable. However, repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders.
4. Repeated Cancellations
To protect against misuse and maintain smooth operations:

Customers who repeatedly place and cancel orders (especially COD orders) may have their accounts restricted or permanently blacklisted.

We reserve the right to decline COD orders from such accounts in the future.
5. Exceptions

In rare cases, if a product goes out of stock after you place the order, we may cancel the order from our side. You will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if prepaid) will be processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery delays once the order has already been shipped. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external issues.
