Yes, COD is available for most serviceable pin codes. However, COD orders may require quick verification by call or WhatsApp before dispatch. Repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions.

We offer free shipping pan-India. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking ID and courier partner link. You can check the real-time status of your delivery anytime.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

We accept returns only if:

• The wrong or defective product is received
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
• A full unboxing video is shared showing the issue clearly

A Rs. 100 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Yes. Exchanges are allowed only for wrong products or size-related issues (where applicable). A Rs. 150 exchange handling fee may apply.

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
