Shipping policy
We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and other reliable logistics providers.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call, WhatsApp, or SMS before processing.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499

In rare cases, remote location surcharges may apply. Customers will be informed in advance before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number

A link to track your shipment in real-time on the courier partner's website
If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delays & Unavailable Delivery Areas
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic situations, or other events beyond our control.
If your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Missed or Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery again.
If the courier is unable to complete delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and reachable to avoid delivery issues.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available for select pin codes. A nominal COD handling charge may apply, if specified at checkout.
All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled by our team to prevent misuse.
9. International Shipping
